  • Shipping Policy

    Please allow 1-3 Business days for order confirmations and processing. Once your order has been processed please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping.

  • Returns & eXCHANGES

    Due to the nature of our handmade products we do not allow returns at this time. If you would like to exchange an item BEFORE it is shipped please email info@theeroyaltouch.com for assistance with updating your item. Once an item is shipped we cannot make any adjustments to the order. We value your business and prioritize the health and safety of our products.

  • ALLERGIES

    We encourage our clients to perform a patch test before use for safety. Please keep in mind, Our products are handmade and may vary in color and consistency due to the natural properties in our formulas. All of our products are shelf-stable and proven to offer the highest quality.
